At InterPRO we first created a SLA master of the air duct part. Then we created a RTV mold, with the SLA master as the positive for mass production of the part. The project demanded that the final part be flexible so we used an elastomeric two-part polyurethane. The mold was so well built that it was able to yield 80 accurate shots before being retired.
